About Loving Yoni
We publish one thing: careful, unhurried writing about the yoni egg practice and the wider work of caring for a part of the body most women were taught to manage rather than know.
Loving Yoni began with a simple observation. Most women who buy their first yoni egg are left holding a beautiful object and very little instruction. There is plenty written about what an egg is supposed to do and almost nothing about what to do with it on a Tuesday evening, alone, for twelve minutes.
So that is what we write. The practice itself, in enough detail to actually follow, and the wider world it belongs to.
What we publish
Long form guides on the yoni egg practice, from a first session through advanced work. Pelvic floor material that takes relaxation as seriously as contraction. Yoni care, including cleaning, cycle awareness and where practices like yoni steaming do and do not fit. Writing on sexual energy, libido and numbness. And the wider ground the practice sits in, feminine embodiment, feminine empowerment, self love as behaviour rather than a mood, and divine feminine awakening described as something built slowly rather than downloaded.
Everything is free. There is nothing to buy on this site and no mailing list to join.
Who writes it
The writing here is collaborative, drawn from practitioners who work with women's embodiment and sexual healing, and from the practices they teach. We write as "we" because no single voice would be honest about it. What we do not do is invent credentials or borrow authority we have not earned, which is why you will not find a founder story here with a photograph and a lineage attached.
How we write
Warmly, and in detail. We describe what women share with each other about this practice, in the language they actually use, and we give instructions specific enough to follow without a teacher in the room. Where something is a lived experience rather than a guarantee, we say so plainly, because a woman deciding whether to begin deserves to know the difference and is perfectly capable of holding it.
We also write slowly. Every article here is meant to be worth the time it takes to read, and we would rather publish one good piece a month than fill the site with thin ones.
About this site
Loving Yoni publishes educational writing about yoni eggs, embodiment practice and yoni care. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from a qualified clinician. If you have a specific health question, your own practitioner is the right person to ask.
Where to start reading
New to all of it, begin with what is a yoni egg and then yoni egg exercises. Already practising, advanced yoni egg practices and the perineal lift go deeper. Everything we have published is listed on the blog.
